wekend sailing at the Volvo Ocean Race Alicante

This year the 2011-12 Volvo Ocean Race will start from Alicante and will finish in Galway Ireland after a round the world trip. On the 29th of October there is the in-port race, in Alicante bay and next day the Am race!!!. We have organized a RYA course that week so we will be watching it from the sea ( http://volvooceanrace.com/race/In-Port-Racing/2) on the 1rst there is a classic regatta, and on the 5th of November they set off to conquer the world's seas!!! We have also organized a sailing weekend to watch the start of the race. Alicante's harbour has been transformed to host this world-class sailing event and everyone is excited about it. I have got a fantastic deal for us and now is the time to book, as flights are dead cheap! we will be there, in the heart of the event! this is what's on offer: 5 day course on any of the following: competent crew, day skipper practical or coastal skipper practical, or yachtmaster preparation non tidal, for € 585, only for 4 people plus me! includes accommodation, fuel, marinas, tuition and RYA certificate...also includes food return flights are around €105
